  • If we decide to work with you, how quickly can changes be implemented?
    We like to keep the transition painless and we move quickly. We can have your full analysis results, recommended solution and implementation plan, and our medical bill MVP Team Support activated within 60 days. From there, we can go as fast or slow as you'd like so that it fits the needs of YOUR business and supports your employees fully.
  • What technology do you use to enroll employees and do you outsource services?
    We handle all enrollment services in-house to ensure a positive experience for your management and employees. For enrollment, we use two Benefit Admin Systems, with Employee Navigator being our primary platform. The HR team and other administrators will have access to your company-specific portal and we'll use this to engage and communicate with your employees so they are supported throughout the process.
